Fly Fishing in North Carolina

	These pages are about my experiences fly fishing for wildtrout in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina along with a bibliography of the fly fishing and outdoor adventure books that I have read in the past nine years. I fish mostly for the wild and native trout in our headwater sterams. But lately I have explored the tailwaters of Tennessee. The Watauga and South Holsten Rivers offer unique challanges and rewards. It's worth the extra drive time to fish these great tailwaters.
